First of all, when you reach level 11, you need to go to talk to Naru in
Sacred Springs. After that, you will get a quest to collect a set of Energy Stones which consists of seven stone. Once you have all seven, you can exchange it for
prizes.
From now on, you will be given a daily quest for a week (if you finish them one by one daily). As you can tell by the picture below, click on the Activity Board which is located on the top right of your interface. Click on Quest tab, and then click on the given quest. The example below is Tuesday's Quest : Study Ecology.

Accept it and go to the Bulletin Board to continue your quest.
Once there, click on the board, you will receive the description of that day's quest!
