Go and receive your quest from the Bulletin Board. Talk to Rufus. Active the quest by right click on the item quest you get in your backpack. You will be asked to look for 3 girls in Sacred Springs and take their photo. Based on experience, the girls can be different for different player.

However, don't worry! The quest will give you very enough hints. Find and reach the NPC who you think is the one, click on her, and then choose Photo Shoot. If it's the wrong girl, you will become momentarily stunned. If it's the right girl, you will get her photo.
